Recommended use:

• Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep for about 7-9 minutes (or longer for a stronger taste). Add sweeteners and milk (or milk substitutes) to taste.

Accompanying Yoga Exercise:

Sit cross-legged with a straight spine and stretch your arms forward parallel to the floor, palms facing each other at a distance of about 15 cm. As you inhale, open your arms forcefully to the side and, as you exhale, return them to the starting position. Practice for 3 minutes, getting more energetic as you go. Then take a deep breath, hold briefly, exhale and relax. Enjoy your newfound well-being!
