What is cold cream?

The term cold cream sounds a little gross but actually involves the traditional name for cream recipes. Hand creams made with beeswax and a particularly high fat content have a cooling effect on the skin.
In ancient times, the Greek physician Galen developed a cream that is considered to be the ancestor of the modern cold cream. Just like it was back then, the Weleda Cold Cream consists mainly of pure natural plant oils and beeswax. Natural rose essential oils add a delicate scent to this cream.

Directions: Apply sparingly and evenly in the morning after cleansing and toning.

The fine, light almond oil in the lotion is very skin-friendly and suitable for the care of sensitive, rough, scaly and dry skin. It is also appropriate for infants and young children. It contains a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic and linoleic acids.
