Description
Oolong tea is a semi-fermented tea and is between a green and black tea. Therefore, it is often referred to as "brown" or "red" tea. For oolong tea, the tea leaves are allowed to wilt in the sun after they have been picked. They are then stored in a room to rest; then the fermentation process takes place.
The Black Oolong has a lush, shimmering golden brown color, reminiscent of amber. The bitter, earthy and slightly malty scent mirrors the strong roast flavor of the tea.
