I wasn't that optimistic when I saw just how light and thin the pads were, thinking even with a light flow I will have to use several a day but not at all! Even just one pad will go far, ensuring you stay fresh and comfortable all day, and all while you feel you are wearing nothing but a light panty liner. Very happy! definitely recommend for use with light-medium flow.
