Share's products are special fermented fruit. The unique feature is the patented method used: all fruit is fermented in their own juice for at least 30 months. During processing, Share utilises centuries-old European know-how of wine and food fermentation and at the same time relies on the positive experiences that have been made with the Japanese apricot in traditional Asian culture since the 5th century. In production, the Share team focuses on manual labour, dedication and fairness - all products are processed by hand.
