Rosental Organics Obsidian Gua Sha

The obsidian is a powerful stone made of volcanic lava and stands for clarity and energy. As a massage tool, it is used on the face as an effective anti-aging agent: it stimulates blood circulation, relaxes the muscles and ensures a firm, rosy complexion. It not only helps to relax the facial muscles but also has positive effects on stress.

Directions for use:

• Apply a skin oil to the face before using the gua sha.
• Place the gua sha at a shallow angle and run it down the neck from the chin to stimulate the lymphatic flow.
• For an activating massage, place the gua sha flat in the middle of the face, secure the centre of the face with the other hand and pull it whilst exercising light pressure along the jaw towards the ears. Pull up from the cheeks to the area around the eyes. Use the notched side of the gua sha for the eye area. Place the gua sha flat in the middle of the forehead and pull it outwards towards the temples and hairline. Important: Always glide the gua sha from the centre of the face outwards!
