Description
The Ayurvedic supplement, Triphala Plus, contains amla. bibhitaki and haritaki. Their effects are intensified thanks to the inclusion of psyllium husks linseed.
Recommended dosage:
- Take 2 capsules (650 mg/capsule) up to twice a day with water or juice before meals.
Store in a dry, cool place. Keep away from children. Take only after consulting your doctor if you're pregnant! Do not exceed that recommended daily dosage. The product does not replace a balanced and varied diet. Store packaging in a safe place for future reference.
