Pukka Organic Essential Spirulina

The supplement uses spirulina algae, that stem from shallow, open water tanks, that are high in proteins and vitamins. The natural cell walls of the algae are broken up to support the body and offer energising properties.

Recommended dosage:

• Increase dosage: Take 2 tablets daily (620 mg/capsule) daily in the beginning then increase the dosage to 6 tablets.
• Maximum dosage: 18 tablets daily divided into 3 daily portions for up to 2 weeks.
• Consume with water before or after meals.
