It's both the toothbrush itself as well as the toothpaste, it genuinely makes me feel like my teeth have had a full dental hygienist clean at the dentist! You can clearly feel the enamel of your teeth is much smoother straight away. It doesn't, as such, make your teeth change to a whiter colour, but it certainly removes and prevents stains from food building up, and it will remove stains and newer discoloration. The taste is nice and a pretty standard toothpaste flavour. Will buy again!
