Good smell
Rated with 3 out of 5 stars.
I really like the smell but the shampoo is not that good for my hair. I used the product four times but every time I use it, the dandruffs appears. I have never had dandruffs. I used the shampoo four times, because I wanted to make sure that its this shampoo that is creating them. So Im not using it anymore. Maybe thats just my skin that is sensitivne for this product.

Great product. Great INCI. It does leave your hair smooth and your scalp calm and nourished.
It makes nice foam and smells like herbs and extracts but nicely, with a hint of wood, like a rain day.
The only con I see is that you finish the product sooner than other shampoos due to having to use a little bit more to properly wash the hair. It has a liquidish consistency. Was this rating helpful? (1) (0)

Way below expectations
Rated with 2 out of 5 stars.
First of all, smell is extremely intense. Even if I like ylang ylang this is way too much, all house smells like shampoo afterwards. Next, schampoo foams very poorly (yes most natural schampoos don't foam well but this one slightly worse that majority I tried). And it didn't give me volume neither had it helped to stop my hair from falling (have some postpartum hairloss and used this schampoo towards the end of that period). Scalp felt quite itchy after using the bottle of it (not because of getting used to natural schampoos as I use them for quite long time). 2 stars only because of good ingredients list and because it cleanses the scalp anyways...

Overwhelming scent
Rated with 3 out of 5 stars.
The Ylang Ylang is too much. I usually love the scent of cananga or ylang ylang, but it needs to be used sparingly so it is a subtle sexy aroma.
Can't say much about the effect, I only used it once as a tester. My hair was okay after use, but the scent does distract me from making a good review. Was this rating helpful? (2) (0)

Left my hair flat and stripped the chemical dye out.
Rated with 3 out of 5 stars.
I had some chemical dye in the tips of my hair that were brassy. It's not completely gone but it's almost gone after one washing using this shampoo. Which for me is ok as I'm trying growing out the chemical dye. But if you have a chemical colour you'd want to keep, I'd be careful. Also my fine thin hair fell very flat and straight where normally with other natural shampoos it's airy and a bit curly. Perhaps this Amla shampoo could be nice if you have very tight curls you want to loosen a bit.
