gaia Propolis Tincture 10% , alcohol-free, 30 ml

Propolis is often referred to as "bee resin", as it is collected by honey bees from resins. The golden to dark brown colour serves as a protective cement for the bee hive. The bees use it to seal cracks and protect their home from external influences. Propolis has not only made a name for itself in the animal world but it is also characterised by its antioxidant and skin-nourishing properties, from which you can benefit in many ways. The highly concentrated tincture supports internal and external areas of the body and has a highly regenerative effect.

Application:

• Morning routine: Start your day with a glass of lukewarm water and add a few drops of propolis. If you find the flavour too intense, mix propolis with honey or drizzle it on bread. Note: Due to the resinous nature of propolis, the tincture does not dissolve completely in water.
• Skincare: Pat a maximum of 5 drops onto the affected areas of the skin. Alternatively, mix a few drops into a face or body cream. When applying the tincture topically to the face, it is recommended to use it before bed to avoid any visible residue during the day.
• Oral care: Mix the tincture with water and use it as a gargle solution.
• In a diffuser: Add a few drops to the diffuser to freshen up the atmosphere in a room.
