I use this mainly as a facial cleanser as this use is also mentioned on the bottle. I started out using it twice a day, but that turned out to be a bit much for my dry skin. I now use it only in the evenings and avoid using it near my eyes as it can sting a bit. I am very satisfied with the results. There is less irritation and my skin looks cleaner compared to when I was using different products. I have noticed a significant improvement in my skin altogether since I started using Fitocose products aimed at reactive skin. I highly recommend this brand!
