Description
This toner has astringent properties and balances sebum production thanks to lady's mantle extracts and witch hazel.
Application:
- Apply to the face with a cotton pad after cleansing.
Note: Small particles may be visible on the surface of a product or in the tonic. This is a result of neutral, insoluble substances that can be traced back to natural extracts that are used during production. They do not affect the quality of the product.
