Description

Baume de l'Himalaya is inspired by a Nepalese formula, combining various powerful and effective plant extracts to create an energising fluid.

Application:

If necessary, apply a few drops of the oil to the central points of the body, such as the temples, neck, back, feet, knees, etc. then rub in gently.
Can also be used for gentle solar plexus massages.

Tip:

A foot bath is ideal for banishing fatigue.
In a small tub with approx. 38°C hot water, dissolve 1 cup of coarse salt to which approx. 5 drops of Baume de l'Himalaya have been added.
Soak your feet in it for 15 minutes then dry them.
