Application:

I wanted to like the cream. I'd tried it a few years ago and liked it. This time I bought the Mini tube for my mother and one for myself. It irritated my mother's skin so much I decided not to use it on my face. Anyway I felt the scent had changed and it was far too overpowering to use on the face. Two ingredients in the composition are identified as allergens. What a pity. You'd think an organic cosmetic brand would be safe, however organic doesn't equal allergen free. What disappoint me most is that the brand is famous and very expensive.

This cream left my skin very soft and neat. It has a very rich texture, it's better to apply it a few hours before bed so the pillow won't take out most of it.

I purchased this cream as part of the "Anti-Aging Minis" set. The texture was ok for me, not light, not heavy. The scent was a bit too sweet. I didn't notice any changes to my skin (good or bad). And it seems pretty expensive for not delivering any particular benefit.

I normally like Antipodes products, but this cream is just too smelly for me - the patchuli/sandalwood fragrance is so strong that I cannot fall asleep after applying the cream. I've tried using it as a hand cream, but still the smell is difficult to ignore. Otherwise, it's an average night cream. I only used it for a few nights before giving up, maybe it takes longer to see some beneficial effects.
