I can’t say that it has helped with brow or eyelash growth but it is perfect as a mascara primer. It gives just the right amount of hold and separation to my eyelashes that my mascara goes on easier and with a better result.

It says 'serum' but expect a gel-like consistency. It isn't really applicable on eyelashes as it forms little clumps that cling to the lashes.
That said, it does work wonderfully on my eyebrows and is also a nice way to shape but not colour them.

i didnt notice any results. its very difficult to apply and spread the serum evenly on my lashes. its a good base for mascara but no more other benefits from it
